"I ordered 2 Amish rockers shortly before July 4th. I called customer service to ask when I might expect them. The associate was very friendly, told me my order wasn't made yet and she would contact me as soon as she called and had info. She emailed that the holiday held them up and the carpenters were off on Friday. The rockers still arrived in a timely manner. I had another question about no screw holes in one part, again, she was wonderful explaining why. I assembled them with a little help from my husband, painted one red and one blue. I love them and the people who worked with me."
